It was reported the celebrity pair were tying the knot at a luxury hotel in the south of France in a star-studded ceremony, according to Britain's News of the World newspaper.

But Diaz's publicist, Brad Cafarelli, claimed earlier today the reports were 'totally false'. The smitten couple were said to have booked the Grand Hotel Du Cap Ferrat in Nice after falling in love with the venue when staying there at last year's Cannes Film Festival.

The pair had allegedly only told their closest friends and family about their top secret nuptials. Meanwhile, Timberlake is to star alongside his blonde fiance in animated sequel 'Shrek 3'. The singer, 24, will play a young King Arthur who has no interest in becoming king.

According to Contactmusic.com, Diaz, who is dating Justin Timberlake, got furious when photographers ruined a night out with friends.

She argued that they weren't allowing the elderly people with her safe passage to their car, and their flashes were frightening them.

The actress shouted at the paparazzi - 'You guys have to stop. We're with very, very elderly people. Please do not flash while they are trying to get into the car. Do you understand what I am saying?'"

JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE - TIMBERLAKE LENDS DIAZ SOME SATURDAY NIGHT SUPPORT: "JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE gave his girlfriend CAMERON DIAZ some moral support on 9 April's (05) edition of SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE, when he reprised his role as ROBIN GIBB and joined her in a skit.

Diaz served as the show's guest host on Saturday and partway through, Timberlake joined her for a comedy sketch - as well as her CHARLIE'S ANGELS co-star DREW BARRYMORE and former series regular JIMMY FALLON.

The stars teamed up for THE BARRY GIBB TALK SHOW, which featured Fallon as the BEE GEES star and Timberlake as his brother Robin.

Donning a wig and a cream three-piece suit Timberlake danced and sang before sitting as a silent sidekick to Fallon's Barry as he interviewed Democrat politician NANCY PELOSI, played by Diaz, and conservative columnist ANN COULTER, portrayed by Barrymore.

Timberlake played Robin Gibb when he presented the show in 2003.

Last month (MAR05), Hollywood heart-throb ASHTON KUTCHER was joined by his girlfriend DEMI MOORE as he hosted the longrunning show."
